With the Easter long weekend public holidays approaching, we wanted to give you a heads-up that payouts from RMS Pay will be delayed during this period.

We observe several public holidays that impact bank clearing times across multiple currencies.

On these days, banks are unable to process or settle funds, which means RMS Pay cannot send or receive payouts as usual.

We appreciate your understanding and planning for these minor disruptions, and if you have any questions, our support team are always available to help.
